BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE TRACK

Foundation is an 8-week training program created specifically for beginners or anybody who has been away from training for an extended period of time. 

This program is based on the principles, concepts and progressions I have learned and developed through coaching countless clients over the past decade, combined with the understanding I have gained through training and experimenting on myself for the past 25 years.  

Essentially, this is the program I wish I had when I began my fitness journey.

Foundation utilizes dumbbells, a small resistance band, and a variety of bodyweight movements in a way that is designed to prepare your body for lifelong progress and success.

Foundation takes a ground up approach, focusing first on building strong, stable feet, healthy, mobile hips, and a powerful midsection while simultaneously developing the strength, coordination and body control you need to maximize your training and optimize your body.
